I am so excited to finally announce our participation in the Jeffrey Court Spring Reno Challenge! I have dreamed of being a part of this amazing challenge for years and it is finally my turn!
The Project
We have decided to renovate our master bathroom! We have done small updates to this room over the last 4 years since we built our house, but nothing has really gave us that wow factor that we were looking for!
The Demo
Demo went fairly easy. The peel and stick wallpaper did WAY more damage to the walls that I had hoped.. But other than that it was mostly just removing vanities, fixtures, and flooring. I had to call in some reinforcements (my sweet uncle) to help get the shower stall out! Once that was out it was smooth sailing.
The Reno Plan
My goal is to turn our master bathroom into a luxurious spa retreat. I will use a combination of light tile, moody colors, and wood tones for the perfect look! I have always LOVED the look of gold fixtures so I am incorporating that whenever possible! Below is photo of our mood board! What do you think?
